Spring is coming, but I decided to share with you crochet snowflake pattern, because I’m afraid that I will lose it until next year )) This snowflake is very beautiful and it would be a pity to lose it. So, don’t freeze, and let’s crochet with me.
This is a very simple 3-round pattern and you can use any yarn for crochet.
I used Bamboo Yarn (bamboo fiber 70%, cotton 30%) 50 gr/200 m and 1.5 mm crochet hook.
How to crochet snowflake:
At first makea base ring: ch 6, sl st to join.
Round 1: ch 1, 8 sc in ring, sl st into first sc.
Round 2: ch 3 (count as first dc in Cluster), 1 dc, (ch 3, 2-dc Cluster in next sc of first round) x 7 times, ch 3, sl st to first ch 3.
Round 3: sl st to first ch of ch-3 arch, ch 1, ( 1 sc into the middle of ch-3 arch, ch 3, 1 trc into the top of 2-dc Cluster, [ch 4, sl st into 3 ch from hook (to make picot)] x 3 times, ch 3, ) x 8 times, sl st to first sc. Fasten off.
Measurement: height of a snowflake 5.5 cm.
As you can see, it is very easy to do. You can use crocheted snowflakes to create gifts, like an appliqué on clothes or hang them on a Christmas tree.
