My daughter asked me to crochet an elven hat for her favorite Kelly doll 4″ / 10 cm. Well, I think it turned out to be done. I can’t wait to share this crochet elf hat pattern with you.
This elven hat looks very cute. This pattern can also be used to crochet Christmas hats or Halloween hats for your lovely dolls.
Material: I used Bamboo yarn (70% bamboo fiber, 30% cotton) 50 gr / 200 m, color Duck Yellow and 2 mm crochet hook.
How to crochet doll hat:
Make magic ring and 4 sc into the ring, sl st to join.
Round 1: 4 sc around, sl st to join. (4)
Round 2: 2-sc in same stitch around (8) , sl st to join.
Round 3: 8 sc around , sl st to join. (8)
Round 4: ( 1 sc, 2-sc into same stitch ) x 4 times, sl st to join. (12)
Round 5: 12 sc around, sl st to join. (12)
Round 6: ( 2 sc, 2-sc into same stitch) x 4 times, sl st to join. (16)
Round 7: 16 sc around, sl st to join. (16)
Round 8: ( 3 sc, 2-sc into same stitch) x 4 times, sl st to join. (20)
Round 9: 20 sc around, sl st to join. (20)
Round 10: ( 4 sc, 2-sc into same stitch) x 4 times, sl st to join. (24)
Round 11: 24 sc around, sl st to join. (24)
Round 12: ( 5 sc, 2-sc into same stitch) x 4 times, sl st to join. (28)
Round 13: 28 sc around, sl st to join. (28)
Round 14: ( 6 sc, 2-sc into same stitch) x 4 times, sl st to join. (32)
Round 15: 32 sc around, sl st to join. (32)
Round 16: ( 7 sc, 2-sc into same stitch) x 4 times, sl st to join. (36) Fasten off.
Decorate your elf hat with crocheted flowers or beads or any decor you like.
